Compare the module scope.
A commercial bundle is separate from access permissions. Your authorized users receive only the roles and scopes assigned to them.

A supported starting point
Initial configuration of the agreed existing modules, email support, routine maintenance and fixes for included functionality. Support hours and response targets are defined in the proposal.
Additional work, agreed first
New development, third-party integrations, complex historical migrations and onsite services need a defined scope and prior approval. They are not silently added to your monthly bill.
A license to use the platform
Your subscription provides access to the agreed SaaS modules. BreakMetric retains its software and intellectual property; source code and ownership are not transferred.
Before we talk numbers
A few useful answers.
Have a different combination in mind? The reference plans start the conversation — they don’t replace a proposal built around your operation.
Can we negotiate the price or the module bundle?
Yes. Every plan is negotiable. We can discuss the user count, the modules you need, rollout requirements, billing terms and support expectations before preparing the final proposal.
What does “per user” mean?
The reference rate is per licensed user, per month. Your proposal defines which users count toward the subscription and how additions, reductions and any proration are handled.
Is initial implementation charged separately?
Initial configuration of the agreed existing modules is included. Connecting third-party systems, complex historical migrations or developing new functionality is different work and is quoted separately, only after approval. Making the agreed modules work as specified remains part of the included service.
What kind of support is included?
Email support for using the included modules, routine maintenance and fixes for their existing functionality. Coverage hours, priorities and response targets are documented in the proposal. Around-the-clock support or a specific SLA requires a separate agreement.
Do we have to use every module?
No. Select only the workflows your organization needs. Payroll Hours Center supports time review and payroll-ready exports; it is not advertised as a tax, salary-payment or statutory payroll engine. Optional workspaces can be included or excluded in the agreed scope.
Does an Enterprise plan grant platform-owner access?
No. Licensing does not change authorization. Access remains subject to assigned roles and platform policy. Restricted platform-owner functions are not sold as unrestricted customer access.
Will selecting a plan start a payment or create an account?
No. The buttons open our contact page, where you can prepare an inquiry. The calculator is only an illustration; there is no checkout, automatic charge, trial enrollment or account creation here.
